You can disconnect Gmail and delete your voice profile at any time. Nothing is ever sent automatically.

Plain-language summary

  • •ReplyFaster is built to help you draft replies - you stay in control.
  • •We don’t auto-send emails.
  • •Your inbox is shown in the app (to you) so you can choose emails to reply to.
  • •During setup, we analyze a limited sample of sent emails to learn writing patterns (tone, length, greetings, sign-offs). We don’t show those sent email bodies in the UI.
  • •We store only writing patterns (your “voice profile”), not the raw sent email bodies used to create it.
  • •By default, draft history is saved only on your device (in your browser).
  • •If you choose to “Save to history”, we store that draft on our servers so it appears in your account history.
  • •We aim to use providers/settings that do not train shared AI models on your data.
  • •You can disconnect Gmail and delete your voice profile at any time.

What data we access

When you connect Gmail, we request access needed to fetch messages so you can view your inbox in the app and draft replies. During setup, we read a small sample of your sent emails to learn how you write.

What we store

We store a “voice profile” that summarizes writing patterns (for example: tone, verbosity, preferred closings). We do not store the raw sent email bodies used for setup analysis in our database. Draft history is stored only in your browser on your device unless you opt in to saving a draft to your account history.

How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data.

AI models

ReplyFaster uses an AI provider to generate drafts. To generate a draft, we send the email you selected (subject/body) plus your saved writing-pattern profile. We aim to use providers/settings that do not train shared AI models on your data.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure.

Disconnecting and deletion

You can disconnect Gmail and delete your voice profile at any time. If you need help with deletion, contact us.
